Live and on-demand virtual training for Kroll add-ons.
Our Kroll training team offers Virtual training sessions to customers who are new to using Kroll Add-ons. All Kroll customers are welcome to participate and are encouraged to check regularly for new content and sessions.
We currently offer two methods of learning.
Live virtual training
Using Webex, our Kroll Learning Specialists will host a live virtual training session, reviewing how to use the add-on service in your pharmacy, with time dedicated to answering your specific questions and how to customize the service to meet your pharmacy’s needs. We recommend joining a live training session to get the most up-to-date information and features available.
On-Demand training
Prefer to learn on your own time? We now offer an on-demand learning program for select Add-on services. The self-directed program consists of videos and questions to help confirm your understanding.

In this 90 minute training session, our team will review the basic functions of PharmaConnect and how it is integrated with your Kroll dispensary software. The PharmaConnect fundamentals training session is a pre-requisite for pharmacies to have PharmaConnect setup in Kroll. Once your pharmacy has participated in the training session, a TELUS Health team member will be in touch by email or phone to do the setup.

Our introductory training session will show users how to create time slots and manage appointments created by your patients through your store’s personal Appointment landing page. We will also review how your Online appointment booking module can communicate messages to patients and help to schedule follow-up Immunization appointments. Once your pharmacy has participated in a training session, a TELUS Health team member will be in touch by email or phone to do the setup.

In the Advanced PharmaConnect functions 75 minute training session, we will show you how to send automated reminders for prescription refills or renewals, send prescription order status and free-form SMS messages to your patients. Our team will also review ways you can optimize your PharmaConnect configurations to meet your pharmacy and patients' needs.
